A written proposal describes the agreed scope, responsibilities, fees and commercial terms, and specifies how the agreement is accepted. A request for a free preview is an enquiry, not acceptance of a paid service.

The proposal confirms the price, applicable taxes, payment timing, service start, any setup or domain costs and any renewal arrangements. No automatic renewal or charging process is implied. Published starting prices are in USD only: Starter from US$99 per month and Growth from US$229 per month. Premium is a tailored quote. The proposal confirms the final amount for the agreed scope.

Billing is monthly. If you cancel, service continues through the end of your current paid monthly billing cycle. Refunds are not provided, including for any unused part of that period, except where applicable mandatory consumer or statutory rights require otherwise. Cancellation requests can be sent to the Zognitive AI contact email (contact at zognitive dot com). Any notice requirements are specified in the proposal.

You provide accurate business information and the permissions needed to use supplied content. You review requested approvals and use the service lawfully. Do not use general forms to send patient records, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Domains are customer-owned. Any domain purchased on your behalf is charged separately at cost, with ownership, renewal and transfer arrangements recorded. Export or transfer assistance, timing and fees are agreed in the proposal.

The agreed scope governs delivery, ongoing edits and support. Search rankings, AI discovery, enquiries, bookings and business outcomes are not guaranteed. Appointment-request forms collect preferences; your business confirms availability. Calculator outputs are indicative and final quotes require your confirmation.

Starter includes Local Visibility Agent support. Growth includes Starter and adds Reputation Agent support. Premium includes Growth and adds Lead Discovery Agent support. These AI-assisted services operate within their agreed scope with human review. Account changes, replies and outreach require the customer’s approval. Future product capabilities are not delivery commitments unless expressly available and agreed.
